Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the demise of former Lok Sabha MP and Musician Mahesh Kanodia.

About:

He was a Veteran Gujarati film musician, singer and former Lok Sabha MP from Patan constituency. He was 83.
He was a member of the 10th, 11th, 12th and 14th Lok Sabha from Patan constituency of North Gujarat. His contribution in Gujarati Cinema was spread over more than four decades.
He was awarded for Best Music for the Gujarati films Jigar ane Ami, Tanariri, Jog Sanjog and Laju Lakhan. He has done thousands of stage shows through Mahesh Kumar and Party.
