Subsequent benefits were ordinarily limited to a maximum of two living children, subject to applicable exceptions.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Educational milestones: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Benefits linked to school admission and completion were subject to the prescribed school and eligibility conditions.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beneficiaries must satisfy the applicable requirements for each instalment. The conditions and documentation may differ depending on the stage at which assistance is claimed.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><b>Application Process and Implementation<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The scheme involved coordination among the Rajasthan departments responsible for health, women and child development, and education.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Initial installments:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Birth, immunisation and maternal-child health records were used to verify eligibility. The first two installments were generally processed through the health system, without a separate application in the usual cases.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>School-stage instalments: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Later benefits required verification of school admission or educational milestones and submission of the prescribed documents.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Local-level support: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) and Anganwadi workers helped facilitate awareness, record maintenance and beneficiary identification.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Disbursement: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Financial assistance was transferred through the prescribed payment process after verification of eligibility and records.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applicants should check the current instructions of the relevant Rajasthan department for the applicable process and documents.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><b>Current Status and Updates<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Rajasthan Government introduced<\/span><b> Lado Protsahan Yojana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from 1 August 2024 to expand financial assistance for girls. Under its revised framework, eligible beneficiaries can receive assistance of up to \u20b91.5 lakh in seven installments.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Lado scheme incorporates Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana. Eligible beneficiaries who were already covered under Rajshri can receive their remaining instalments under the applicable Lado framework, subject to the revised eligibility conditions. The final instalment under Lado is linked to the prescribed graduation milestone and completion of 21 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Therefore, the \u20b950,000 in six instalments refers to the original Rajshri scheme structure, while the \u20b91.5 lakh assistance applies to the expanded Lado framework.
