All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi organized a National conference ‘AYUSHCHARYA’ on Dinacharya and Ritucharya for public health promotion” on 10th and 11th of December, 2018.

About 200 academicians, physicians, scientists and researchers from all over country attended the Conference.
The minister of Ayush stated that the Ritucharya (Seasonal Regimen) calendar prepared by All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) has elaborate description of Dincharya, Ratrichrya and Ahar-Vihar in a particular weather.
Dinacharya means Daily Regimen,Ratricharya means Night Regimen and Ritucharya means Seasonal Regimen.
