SpaceX's Falcon Heavy successfully carried out its first commercial launch by launching Arabsat-6A, a Saudi Arabian communications satellite operated by Arabsat. The development happened, a year after sending founder Elon Musk's red Tesla roadster into orbit as a test.

What is it? Falcon Heavy is a partially reusable heavy-lift launch vehicle. It is a part of the Falcon rocket family which are multi-use rocket launch vehicles.
