In Leh, the first ever Ice climbing festival was celebrated in Nubra valley.

The Seven Day event was organized by Nubra Adventure Club.
Ice climbing is a popular winter sport abroad. Taking the cue, local adventure sports lovers have explored several ice climbing spots in Nubra valley to attract the adventure tourists to the region.
