Jal Charcha is the monthly magazine of the Ministry for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
Objective of the magazine is to share bring best practices in water sector at the national level and to create water consciousness in the minds of the people of the country.
Jal Charcha is the third magazine being published by the Ministry.
The first is Namami Gangeby National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG).
The second is Jalanshby Central Water Commission (CWC).
