K. Chandrashekar Rao was sworn-in as Telangana chief minister for the second consecutive term. He took oath of office and secrecy administered by Governor ESL Narasimhan.

Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, better known as K.C.R. is an Indian politician and leader & Founder of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), a regional party in India.
He is the first Chief Minister of Telangana, which was formed by the division of Andhra Pradesh in 2014. He again took oath as the 2nd Chief Minister of Telangana on 13th December 2018.
