• Tansen Samaroh is the oldest classical music festival in India. It is the 95th year of the festival.
  
  
• The five-day festival is celebrated every year in the month of December in Behat village of Gwalior district, Madhya Pradesh.
  
  
• it is celebrated in the memory of one of the most eminent singers of Indian history, ‘Mian Tansen’.
  
  
• It is organised by Ustad Alauddin Khan Kala Evam Sangeet Academy, under the Madhya Pradesh culture department.
