Here are some important Points :

You can view the videos only on one device. Please ensure that you are currently logged in from your registered device to watch the video.
Use the same Browser and Same Laptop/ Mobile Device to access the lectures.
You will NOT be able to view video lectures on any other device.
Any device change requests will be accepted through an application after a rigorous verification process.
This device registration is ONLY applicable on video lectures. You will be able to use all the other sections of the VajiramIAS app on other devices as well.

Do not use Safari Browser.
Install Chrome Browser
Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > On-device site data
or Open this url in chrome browser : chrome://settings/content/siteData
Make sure that the Allow sites to save data on your device option is selected. Please refer the image displayed below

Install the latest VajiramIAS App
Go to any Course Video and play
It will ask you to regiser your device.
Proceed with the registration
If the registration is successful, you would be able to access the videos on the app properly.
Please note that you will be able to access the videos only on the registered phone from within the VajiramIAS app only. The videos will not play on your mobile browser.

Question. I have registered the device from my browser, the video was playing earlier but now it is not working.

Answer:

Did you clear your cache? If yes, please drop us an email clearly mentioning this issue and we will reset your device (Only once). Please note that you can not clear cache otherwise the videos will stop working.
Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > On-device site data
This setting needs to be wet to "Allow sites to save data on your device".
Please do this and please drop us an email clearly mentioning this issue. We will reset your device. (Only once)
