The website www.vajiramias.com and its mobile application are exclusively owned, operated and managed by M/s Vajiram and Ravi Study Centre LLP.

Unless otherwise stated, VAJIRAM and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights published on this website and materials used on VajiramIAS.com. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

  10. Results in Advertising or solicitation to anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind.

  11. Promotes fraud, schemes or other illegal or fraudulent activities.

  12. Discloses any personally identifying information or private information about any third parties without their express consent.

  13. Is patently false and untrue, and it written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause injury to any person.

 

In addition to the above, you are prohibited from doing anything on the website or in respect of the Services that:-

  1. Results in spamming, phishing or password harvesting email addresses that have been posted by other users of the website.

  2. Uses or attempt to use another user/person’s account, password or services.

  3. Disrupts, interferes with or otherwise violates the security of the website or any services, accounts, passwords, servers or networks related to the website.

  4. Sends repeated messages to another user or repeat postings of the same message under the same or multiple subjects or engage in cyber stalking or become a nuisance for other users.

  1. Restricted access

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. VAJIRAM reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of this website, or at our discretion, this entire website www.VajiramIAS.com may change or modify this policy without notice.

If VAJIRAM provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. You alone are responsible for your password and user ID security.

VAJIRAM may disable your user ID and password at VajiramIAS.com's sole discretion without notice or explanation.

If VAJIRAM reasonably believes that an account and Password is being used / misused in any manner, VAJIRAM shall reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.

Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify VAJIRAM immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. VAJIRAM will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account or your failure to protect your password or account information. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by VAJIRAM or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
