Which of the statements given above is/are correct?

Explanation:

• Black gram is grown all over the country during the kharif season. It is particularly well suited to rice fallows in southern and south-eastern India during the rabi season. So, statement 1 is correct.
  
  
• In terms of total production, gram is the most dominant pulse in India. It accounts for approximately 40 percent of the total production. It is followed by Tur/Arhar at 15-20 percent and Urad/Black Matpe and Moong (Greengram) at 8-10 percent each. So, statement 2 is not correct.
  
  
• In the last three decades, the production of kharif pulses first decreased then increased and the production of rabi pulses has also increased. So, statement 3 is not correct.
